About the Webinar

TheMootShow will bring to you winners of various moot court competitions for sharing their knowledge and experience with all of us. In this episode, we have with us winners of Symbiosis Trial Advocacy Competition, 2020 (SICTA, 2020) – Vinisha Jain, Manya Anjaria and Yash Dadhich. In this video, the team will share their experience and approach for SICTA, 2020 which made them bag the award for the best team in the competition.

About the Speakers

Vinisha Jain
Vinisha is a fourth-year law student at Institute of Law, Nirma University. She is currently pursuing Corporate Law (Hons). Before winning SICTA, 2020 Vinisha gained considerable mooting experience through prestigious moot court competitions like The Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition and Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition.

Manya Anjaria
Manya is a fourth-year law student, studying in Institute of Law, Nirma University. He is currently pursuing Constitutional Law (Hons). His areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Arbitration Law and Political science. SICTA, 2020 was his first experience of a trial advocacy moot court competition.
Yash Dadhich
Yash is a fourth-year law student pursuing law from the Institute of Law Nirma University. He has a keen interest in criminal and constitutional law. Presently, he holds the post of secretary of legal aid clinic, ILNU and research secretary of Centre for Criminal Law & Justice. SICTA, 2020 was his first experience of a trial advocacy moot court competition.
