KLE Society’s Law College, Bengaluru is delighted to announce a webinar on Fundamentals of Mooting in collaboration with Memo Pundits on 25th September 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Memo Pundits is one of the oldest, most trusted mooting schools of India. It is known for conducting several courses and sessions for law students with global luminaries of the legal field. Through this webinar, Memo Pundits will cover detailed aspects of mooting such as researching, choosing a perfect team, selecting a moot, drafting basics and courtroom etiquette.
Further, we encourage all the students to participate in this webinar as it will prove to be a scintillating experience and to brush up on their mooting skills, gain novel perspectives are also encouraged to participate in this discourse.

About Memo Pundits

About the Speakers

Anant Gupta
(CEO & Co-founder)

Anant graduated from National Law University Odisha in 2016. He worked with the Banking Law team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. for 2 years and also gained business certifications from Harvard Business School. Throughout his 5 years of law school, Anant remained an active mooter with a considerable number of achievements to his name. Nevertheless, Anant’s team was adjudged as the “Runners Up” at the WBNUJS Herbert Smith Corporate Law Moot Court Competition in 2016.

Rachnendra Tripathi
(COO & Co-founder)

Rachnendra graduated from National Law University Odisha in 2016 and practised litigation for 2 years. His passion for mooting was evident right from his first moot court competition where his team bagged the “Best Memorial” and “Runners Up” citation at G.H. Raisoni Moot Court Competition. Lastly, Rachnendra’s exceptional formatting skills have helped at least 15 moot teams win the “Best Memorial” citation at national and international moot courts such as the Philip C. Jessup International Moot.
