About Students For Liberty

Students For Liberty is the largest international pro-liberty student organization in the world. Our mission is to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. In the last FY20, we trained 3,897 student volunteers globally.

About Local Coordinator Program

Our Local Coordinator Program is the premier program for actively advancing the ideas of liberty in your community. SFL Local Coordinators (LCs), both undergraduate and graduate students, are the face of liberty on their college campuses.

Benefits

This grassroots program seeks out strong student leaders to spread the idea of a free society by starting pro-liberty groups. Activities involve organizing events to promote the ideas of liberty and providing resources to student groups. Further, we also identify and mentor other pro-liberty students.

We bring together students who share our vision of a freer future and provide them with the support needed to turn their ideas into reality.
  • SFL will run an online summer training program at the SFL Academy to give you a basic understanding of economic, political & libertarian principles.
  • SFL Leadership Retreats/Fora will invite the most engaged leaders.
  • Opportunity to be connected and associated with an international movement, consisting of a network of over 3000 students and 100s of partner organizations spread across the globe.
  • You’ll be provided with resources and funds to organize events in your college and community during the one year of your tenure.
  • Trained leaders will gain access to writing opportunities, leadership programs, internships, fellowships, and conferences with our international network of partners.
