About the job
- Assist legal department head with company services
- Responsible for Drafting, vetting, negotiating, review and closing various legal agreements of the organization such as Master service agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, etc.
- Review documents received from vendors.
- Ensure all required Contractual Agreements, Vendor agreements are executed and documentation is provided by new and current vendors.
- Manage record-keeping for all contract related documentation
- Designing and monitoring legal process workflow in the internal teams.
- Well-versed with Companies act 2013 and other contractual Laws

- Degree in Law with experience of 1 to 2 years
- Excellent drafting skills Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Team Co-ordination and Collaborative skills
- Ready to take work pressure when business demands (Flexibility)
1,50,000 to 1,80,000 Per Annum
